Counselling
I offer integrative counselling for adults in person in Canterbury, online via Google Meet, over the phone, or through walking therapy in nature.
How I can help:
I support adults experiencing:
-
anxiety, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion
-
burnout and low energy
-
relationship difficulties
-
depression, self-criticism and identity questions
-
life transitions and stress
-
challenges related to chronic illness, including ME, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia
I work with your nervous system and your lived experience — including neurodiversity — to help you find ways of coping and relating that feel safer and more manageable for you.

Sessions are paced gently and shaped around what feels most helpful and sustainable — there is no pressure to perform or fit into a particular model of therapy.

-
structured and goal-focused
-
supportive and stabilising
…depending on what you need.
Everyone is welcome. I work respectfully with people of all genders, races, cultures, religions, and sexual orientations.
