Reflective, supportive supervision for counsellors, therapists and coaches

Neurodiversity & Difference in Supervision

I understand how professional spaces can unintentionally privilege certain ways of thinking, speaking and being. In supervision, I aim to offer a space that is:

  • neuro-affirming

  • non-pathologising

  • flexible in pace and structure

  • open to difference and uncertainty

This includes working thoughtfully with issues of identity, power, marginalisation and lived experience — including where these intersect with clinical work.

 Supervision

I offer integrative supervision for counsellors, therapists and coaches who are seeking a thoughtful, collaborative and supportive space to reflect on their work.

My approach to supervision is relational, reflective and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a space where you can think freely, explore uncertainty, and feel supported rather than evaluated.

Who I Work With

I offer supervision to:

  • trainee and qualified counsellors and therapists

  • coaches and helping professionals

  • practitioners working online, in private practice or organisational settings

  •

My supervision is particularly suited to practitioners who:

  • value reflection over rigid models

  • work with neurodivergent and/or chronically ill clients

  • are themselves neurodivergent or managing health conditions

  • want a thoughtful, ethical and human supervision relationship

You don’t need to specialise in neurodiversity to work with me — but you do need to be open to reflective, relational work.

How Supervision Can Help

Supervision with me offers space to:

  • reflect on client work and relational dynamics

  • think about ethical questions and professional responsibilities

  • explore countertransference and emotional impact

  • develop confidence and self-trust in your work

  • attend to your nervous system and capacity

  • reduce isolation and burnout

Supervision is not about having all the answers — it’s about thinking well, together.
