Practical, compassionate support for change, clarity and self-trust

I offer coaching for adults who want practical support alongside understanding, reflection and encouragement. Coaching is forward-focused and collaborative, helping you make sense of what’s getting in the way and find ways of moving forward that feel realistic and sustainable.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out or disconnected from themselves — and want support that works with their nervous system, energy and capacity, rather than pushing them harder.

Coaching for Adults

How Coaching can Help

Coaching may be helpful if you want support with:

  • overwhelm, burnout and chronic stress

  • managing energy, capacity and boundaries

  • life transitions or decision-making

  • confidence, self-trust and self-direction

  • work, creativity or purpose

  • navigating neurodivergence in daily life

  • living with chronic illness, fatigue or fluctuating capacity

Coaching can be accessed privately or, in some cases, funded through Access to Work.

Coaching is not about fixing you or setting unrealistic goals. It’s about finding ways of living and working that actually fit you.

Access to Work Funding

If you are neurodivergent or living with a long-term health condition, you may be eligible for Access to Work — a UK government grant that can help cover the cost of coaching and other workplace support.

Access to Work is designed to reduce barriers at work and can fund coaching that supports:

  • energy management and burnout

  • organisation, focus and overwhelm

  • confidence, boundaries and self-advocacy

  • managing work alongside chronic illness or neurodivergence

Many people assume they won’t qualify — but eligibility is often broader than expected.

Who I Work With

I work with adults from all backgrounds and identities. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me.

My coaching is particularly well-suited to people who:

  • feel overwhelmed by traditional productivity or “mindset” coaching

  • need flexibility around energy and capacity

  • want support that is affirming, not pressurising

  • value reflection as well as practical action
